| I GRADUATE TODAY!!!
I can't believe that this day has finally come! I've been waiting for this my whole life and now that it's here, am I really ready to move on to the next stage of my life without my comfort zone being right there close?!?
| Went to the Tracy Lawerence homecoming concert last night. 3 Doors Down was awesome!! I knew that they were a good band, but man....their concert rocked!!!
Gave blood Friday and my arm is still sore...wonder if this is going to affect my feelings about ever donating again?!? Probably not!
Monday is Senior Skip day, but I don't think Momma's going to let me go to the lake with everyone like I was hoping. But if she doesn't oh well, I might get to go shopping in Magnolia instead!
~* Actually I get to go to Arkadelphia to spend the day with Michael. Yeah!!!*~
| Okay, so Thursday morning I went to Russellville to start practicing for try-outs for the cheerleading squad on Saturday. Well, Thursday and Friday was fine and dandy but Saturday...whoa! Before try-outs even began I tried to do a back-handspring without a spot and that didn't work to well! I ended up with a big scratch on the side of my face. I would put a picture of it on here but I don't know where the cord is for the camera so I just have to show people my battle wound some other time. But anyways...during try-outs when I had to go in by myself and do the required tumbling, I just crashed. The first time I landed on my hands and knees, the second time I landed on my head and then my neck twisted and popped really loud and scared me half to death! So I laid on my back there for a second and when my spotter helped me up, I turned to the judges and said that I was through! As I started walking out the gym, tears just started to well up and then when I opened the door to the gym I just let the tears flow!!! So needless to say, I am pretty sore!!!! Anyways, I guess that's all I got for now! Later! | | |
| So wow! I have had an awesome spring break. Up til Thursday night it was a good sping break but Friday and Saturday made it so much better!!! Friday and Saturday I went to State for Student Council and had a blast! I met some of my old friends there, met some people and got to know them better that I've met once, and then I also made new friends! It was totally awesome! Then last night at the dance, I learned how to dance like a black girl! It was awesome!!!! And then the last dance of the night was a slow dance and a guy named Justin who was a cutie was just standing there for a minute and he looked my way and I kind of gave a motion like "dance with me?" And he came over and we danced but he didn't dance like most people our age do, he wasn't into the whole "waddle"-type dancing and I stepped on his toes a few times! It was hilarious...I was apologizing the whole time, I was saying "I'm soooo sorry, I don't know how to dance very well!" But he took it in good humor. He was just as sweet as could be.( And yes Angie I have a picture of him that I'll show to you!)
But even though I had an awesome spring break, I'm ready to go back to school and see everyone again! I miss talking to everyone and watching the guys do stupid stuff! But I guess that's all I got for now so LATER!
| Well, I'm on spring break this week and it hasn't been totally horrible! I've been busy so far with stuff to do during the day and then last night I had a date and then tonight and maybe, hopefully, tomorrow night I'll be staying the night at my aunt's, which is always fun!!! Then Friday I leave to go to AASC StuCo State. That's usually fun, this year is definitely going to be different for me because I'm an officer and the role for them is different from just being there to experience it. But anyways...I guess I've rambled on enough for now. Later! | | |
